Pasta Verde

Well R and I likes Rosemary Conley’s chicken and papaya kebabs so much we thought we would try something else from the magazine (still borrowed from mum), pasta verde.

This time I adapted the recipe to take into account the no milk husband and the fact it was our dinner as we both were at work for lunch and dinner today.

So the original has pasta, asparagus, fine beans, mangetout, stock, basil, salt, pepper and natural Greek yogurt… I replaced the yogurt with plain soya yogurt and added chicken.

I had it cold, R had it hot… actually I gave him so much his work colleague had some too. It says you can have it hot or cold, but I think it looses a bit of the flavour cold. But all the same, we enjoyed it, would have it again and gave it a rating of cool.
