Slow cook beef stroganoff

Now I haven’t actually eaten any of this yet, but R says its nice…

The recipe uses soya cream and milk instead of sour cream, along with onions, mushrooms, tarragon, chives, grainy mustard, brandy, salt and pepper…

normally I would cook the meat then the rest the put the meat back in and cook it till its done, but as I was cooking for R, I slow cooked it over 3 hours.

Well i shoved it it the oven and went out to work, R picked it up where I left off… and ate it.

Anyway, apparently its a nice meal so I shall do it again… and hopefully eat some this time!

It gets an R rating of: cool.
